Home of the pioneers
We are a Title 1 school that receives federal funds used to support our kindergarten through fifth-grade students with three highly qualified teachers at each grade level.
Parkside is fortunate to house our Life Skills program, which serves students from the entire Grants Pass School District. Our classroom sizes range from 20 – 28 students with PE and Music provided to all grade levels. Read More

Starting in the 2024-25 school year, the Grants Pass School District will offer FREE preschool for four and five-year-olds living within GPSD7 boundaries.
In partnership with SOESD Early Childhood Services,, the new preschool program will accommodate 36 children in its first year, and bring together children with and without disabilities into one inclusive classroom.

Grants Pass School District 7 and Four Way Community Foundation are proud to announce the launch of a fundraising campaign to preserve the Grants Pass High School Performing Arts Center (PAC).
A 25th-anniversary celebration of the Performing Arts Center will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The celebration will be an evening of music, theater, and dance.
Teachers will use the grant money to purchase flexible seating options, cooking items, pickleball equipment, ceramics equipment, video games, and more!
The Grants Pass Early Learning Program offers free interactive playgroups for four and 5-year-olds who will be entering kindergarten in the fall of 2025.
The Grants Pass School District 7 Board of Directors has approved a debt restructuring plan that aims to address safety and facility needs across the district.
The $13 million generated from the restructuring will be used to make necessary upgrades across the district, with a focus on improving the safety and functionality of school buildings.
